You make a change but things get in the way and you stop. There are so many options and messages out there that are confusing.

Each session is 50 min long. The best way to get to your Self Care aka Wellness goals is to schedule one session per week. Since everyone is different, we can adjust this to your personal needs.
Assessment and Discussion of Your Nutrition, Lifestyle Behaviors, etc. pertaining to your unique situation. The Goal will be to have you improve your Self Care aka Wellness. Some options include—
